This Shipping Policy explains how Swarupam Bikash Corporation Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our online store at https://sbcpvtltd.com/shop.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners (including courier partners such as Delhivery where available). If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout or by our support team before the order is processed for dispatch.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful online payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During sale periods or high demand, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email/SMS where possible.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping: ₹99 per order for orders below ₹999.
Free shipping: Available on eligible orders of ₹999 and above (before applicable taxes), unless otherwise stated on the product or checkout page.
Final shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location, courier partner capacity, weather, and local restrictions.

Metro and major cities: often toward the shorter end of the delivery window.
Remote, hill, or restricted areas: may take longer than the standard estimate.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or incorrect address details are outside our direct control; we will still assist you in resolving them.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation with tracking details by email and/or SMS (where available). You can also track orders from your account dashboard after logging in.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.
The courier may attempt delivery one or more times as per their standard process.
If a shipment is returned to us due to incomplete address, incorrect phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled as per our Refund Policy.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Shipments

If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product. We will arrange replacement, re-shipment, or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within India only.
