4. Orders

Orders are confirmed after successful payment authorization.

You agree that payment details are processed by Razorpay under their terms and privacy practices. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and serviceability are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, except where damage/shortage is reported promptly as per our policies.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Online payment refunds (where approved) are typically processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–14 business days after approval, subject to bank/UPI timelines.
